Job OverviewContent The Business Development Manager is responsible for all business development and account management aspects for Private and Public Health in Hong Kong. You will play a leading role in the successful introduction to the market and the establishment of Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging Solutions as a market-leading solution. As a Business Development Manager: • You use your industry knowledge and contacts to drive and develop new business opportunities and cultivate long-lasting customer relationships. • You lead the successful delivery of the new Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging Solution Suite, establishing them as market-leading and preferred solutions, in close cooperation with the Pre-Sales team, Marketing Managers and the ASPAC Sales Manager. • You achieve assigned sales and profitability goals for Agfa HealthCare products and services and develop sales-specific business plans to increase revenue. • You are responsible for managing key strategic accounts and developing relationships with prospective accounts, particularly with key influencers and stakeholders, as well as within professional societies, OEMs, etc. • You grow and maintain existing customers while driving new business with non-Agfa accounts that include, but are not limited to, hospitals, government facilities, imaging centers, and physician practices. • You generate and act upon leads and identify ways to penetrate new and key markets for our Enterprise Imaging solution. • You regularly update Agfa HealthCare’s CRM tools. What you bring to the table: • You can rely on more than 10 years of business development experience in the healthcare IT industry. • You hold a Bachelor degree • You are experienced in selling IT Projects, Products, and services. • You have a strong sense of business and gained credibility through your technical expertise. • You are eager to learn and with your entrepreneurial attitude, you keep abreast of emerging technologies. • You demonstrated you’re able to build sustainable customer relationships and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers. • With your strong change management skills, you are able to drive change in people’s behavior. • You are able to assess efficiency and implement better ways of working maximizing the business value. • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English, as well as presentation skills. • You are willing to travel if required. • You hold a Hong Kong driver’s license.
