Job OverviewContent • Based in Ho Chi Minh • Reports to a Regional Manager, ASEAN • Leading medical device company specializing in trauma and sports medicineOur client is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Business Development Manager, Vietnam will work closely with the Regional Manager, ASEAN to develop and implement strategic sales plan for the Vietnam market. He/She will be responsible in developing and executing marketing plan based on the market data, which will encompass both customers and competitors’ insights. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • In coordination with Regional Manager ASEAN, develop, implement and improve sales objectives, strategies and tactical plans for Vietnam • Execute plan agreed with Regional Manager ASEAN to maximize sales revenue from the Vietnam distributors to achieve the target and overall budget • Develop and execute brand plans using marketing processes based on relevant market data, customer and competitor insights • Manage product sales budgets and continually monitor and analyze actual product performance against forecasted sales • Develop, execute and monitor product strategy and tactical plans in respective market to drive growth in collaboration with regional manager, regional product managers, channel partners and/or key customers etc. • Conduct product training for channel partners and support surgeon training at workshops • Act as translator on both English and Vietnamese language • Carry out and/or support promotional and non-promotional activities to support products at different stages of the lifecycle; ensure promotional/advertising strategies and collaterals are consistent with corporate image and objectives • Attend and/or support surgical cases to ensure optimal use of Company products • Monitor and review sales achievements and identify opportunities across specific accounts and territories • Effective and timely forecasting and supply chain engagement through the review of unit sales trends • Support tender submission process by providing product information and gathering of market intelligence and relevant market insights • Manage the launch of new products and line extensions to optimal effect • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Arthrex product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques • Coordinate market research to ensure maximum capture of target market intelligence; analyse and combat competitor activity • Ensure channel partners adhere to compliance guidelines/policy at all times REQUIREMENT • Bachelor's degree in Business • Minimum 5 years of significant sales and marketing experience and distributions management experience • Experience in Orthopedics product experience will be advantageous • Ability to analyze and interpret market and sales data/reports • Strong communication skill • Ability to develop and implement account plans and strategies to achieve sales objectives • Ability to travel locally and nationally up to 30% of time supporting field staff and customers • Proficient (Intermediate) in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Reg No. R1109555 EBC Connect Pte Ltd Licence no. 17C8975
