Content Acting as a bridge between our customers and our business units, Sales Executives are responsible for gaining new/additional business as well as keeping/growing existing customers in line with the business units' strategies. For this we have to pro-actively develop and systematically maintain customer relationships compliantly. Your Role Your role is to generate new business opprtinities from new Customers with maximum satisfaction by ensuring good service & keep good relationship Your Responsibilities + Qualify a prospect in the designated area & convert the prospect into sales. + Comply with the discipline in sales team; secure new business to the company; follow and develop our initiatives; obtained account must be transitioned properly, smoothly & timely + Acquire new businesses in accordance with defined GP and volumes targets set for the period on the selected trade lanes by extending service offering with existing customers or by introducing new labels + Issue Quotation to clients as per KN Standard Format. + Input activities and opportunities properly into the sales system + Ensure that the prompt communication in term of inquiry, contact, sales lead from Kuehne + Nagel overseas are responded in a professional manner. + Input and update customer information in Vlog on regular basic; well prepare and be on time on sales weekly meeting + To be able to clarify to customers in case of misleading or complaint happens and retain the good feeling of the customer about Kuehne + Nagel. + Ensure that our customers get service satisfaction and stay with Kuehne + Nagel as long as possible in order to maximize profi+ Qualify a prospect in the designated area & convert the prospect into sales. + Comply with the discipline in sales team; secure new business to the company; follow and develop our initiatives; obtained account must be transitioned properly, smoothly & timely + Acquire new businesses in accordance with defined GP and volumes targets set for the period on the selected trade lanes by extending service offering with existing customers or by introducing new labels + Issue Quotation to clients as per KN Standard Format. + Input activities and opportunities properly into the sales system + Ensure that the prompt communication in term of inquiry, contact, sales lead from Kuehne + Nagel overseas are responded in a professional manner. + Input and update customer information in Vlog on regular basic; well prepare and be on time on sales weekly meeting + To be able to clarify to customers in case of misleading or complaint happens and retain the good feeling of the customer about Kuehne + Nagel. + Ensure that our customers get service satisfaction and stay with Kuehne + Nagel as long as possible in order to maximize profi Your Skills and Experiences + Bachelor degree /BBA/MBA + 03-05 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry as sales position + Proficient in all Microsoft office applications + High degree of communication and presentation skill + Strong command in English Good Reasons to Join At Kuehne + Nagel, everyone shapes products and services that will transform logistics and exceed customers’ expectations.
