The HR Program Manager is a key role in enabling HPE France to meet legal HR reporting obligations and ensuring Talent Management and social media support for Northern Western Europe Responsibilities: France: • Provide complex HR mandatory annual reports: collect, analyze, identify errors, advise on solutions and present data, complying with the French law and deadlines. • Produce HR ad-hoc reports and metrics. • Implements and manages multiple parts of HRGS process. • Identifies areas for process improvements. • Provides support for HR priority projects. Northern Western Europe: • Applies subject matter expertise to drive the execution of talent management programs. Collaborates with HR business partners to ensure talent programs meet business needs. • Develops and coordinates talent management programs across a business or function including succession plans, career development programs, talent assessments, and executive level recruiting. • Partners with HR leaders on projects that support program optimization within the business or function. • Plans, implements and monitors the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
