We provide support of all HR Global Tools and guide employees on any queries related to Policies and HR procedures.Profile:3 - 5 years of working experience related to Human Resources or administrative function.Bachelor Degree (highly desirable)Windows package mandatory as Word, mailing and Excel knowledge.Has knowledge in using HR Systems (as an added advantage)Ability to speak and write Spanish or English (as advantage)Good Customer Service OrientationResponsibilities:Management of all transactional services vendor invoices and POs (purchase orders)Documents creation as company letters, filling in personal foldersArchiving ability and organization Administrative HR support and controlling tasks for benefits, vacation, time managementSupport in HR Operations tasks.
