Transcom Worldwide is one of the leading global customer experience companies, supplying local and global clients in multiple markets within our global footprint with forward-leaning customer experience solutions via different channels like voice, chat, social media, etc. Job Description The Human Resources Support Specialist (HRS) is responsible for the correct implementation of the Human Resources policies defined at the Company, in terms of labour relations and personnel management and administration, guaranteeing effective support to the Organisation's remaining functional areas, and to all employees forming part of the Organisation. Duties & Responsibilities • Attend to employee queries in all labour relations matters with the Company. • Process social security registrations and de-registrations. • Manage payroll processes. • Manage and file all documentation. • Update internal procedures. Core competency • Communicating ideas and information on time, effectively and clearly. • Demonstrating a commitment to quality services, effectively interpreting the needs of external and internal clients. • Determining objectives and priorities effectively; planning timely measures in order to attain stated goals. • Setting high demands with respect to the quality of one's own work and that of others. • Building positive working relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of Transcom's objectives. Qualifications & Skills Required • Minimum studies: University diploma or degree (Law, Labour Relations, Work Studies, Business Administration and Management or similar). • Specific training and/or work experience in Human Resources Administrative Management, Post-Graduate Studies in Labour Relations and/or Labour Law. • Minimum 3 years' experience as a HR employee, performing similar functions in personnel management and administration. • Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint): High level. • Google Apps: High level. • E-mail Communication: High level. • Previous experience in HR Information System (IS) solutions is an advantage. • Language: Italian C1, English B2 Our offerings & Benefits • International company culture based on work-life balance. • Informal and approachable management style. • Supportive and friendly team-spirit environment.
