We are looking for a hands-on and energized HR Business Partner to become part of our Latim America HR team and work closely with our business in the exciting world of water treatment. Reporting to the Global HR Director located in New York, you will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for our leaders by closely partnering with the business to improve people leadership capabilities, team culture, talent pipeline and people development. About You As a HR Business Partner you will bring 5+ years of experience supporting mid-level leaders in advising and coaching on employee issues and act as a front line employee resource. You'll enjoy working with various business groups from Operations, MKT & Applied Technology, Finance with a big focus on Sales group. This role seeks out an individual who can bring critical thinking, a can-do attitude and superior level of interpersonal savvy. In this fast paced agile environment you will be flexible and have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and exceptional collaboration skills. You be part of a broader HR network within North America and participate as a collaborative team member by actively contributing to the development and success of our Latam HR team in the Danaher group. You Will Enjoy Doing Business Partnering Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for frontline , mid-level business leaders and Country Leader. Build business intimacy and credibility to be consulted and actively contribute to overall business decisions. Process Improvement Lead and support process improvement efforts and others processes for improving organizational performance, being ambassador of our DBS Culture. HR Initiatives Ensuring the effective implementation of HR & business initiatives. Participating in HR related projects. Partnering with HR colleagues to share best practice and successes and learning to ensure consistency and overall alignment. HR Analytics Ensure a high level of diligence around HR data of compliance. Ensure timely and accurate input of data into HR system. Regularly audit system data to ensure accuracy and sharing insights into data impacting the HR analytics dashboard and KPI´s. Talent Acquisition Ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Work very close with sales leader to build the sales talent funnel and cultivation process. Understanding the business’s hiring needs, calendar and priories including a clear plan on workforce planning and strucure. Manage hiring and selection process ensuring compliance to global and local process and legal requirements and application of best practice. Talent Development & Retention Work with Global Talent Manager in the execution of the annual talent assessment process. Provide guidance to business leaders on how to set SMART performance and development objectives, coach and review /award a year-end rating. Coach frontline and mid-level leaders on performance management practices and tools, fostering a working environment which aligns with the company’s vision and mission and business goals. Facilitate Leadership Training to improve people leadership capabilities. Provide guidance to business leaders on how to offer Technical Trainings and/or DBS courses. Engagement Act as a coach and consultant for people leaders in a continuos improvement of employee´s engagement in the organization. Encourages and recognizes the contribution of others. • Strong Interpersonal skills - Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to partner with various levels of management. Approachable. • Planning & organizing - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing workload to meet multiple deadlines. High attention to detail, ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.Required Experience • 5- 7 Year of experience in Human Resources. • Leading in a global, matrix environment. • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or any related field. • Professional Certification in Human Resources such as Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Human Resources Management (HRM) would be an advantage. • Experience in managing of collective bargaining agreements and unions. • Talent management experience. • Change management experience.
