Job OverviewContent • Full time and part time maximum term positions based in Morwell • Salary commensurate with experience, range: $51,003 - $69,363 (pro rata) plus superannuation • Attractive employee benefits including salary packaging About the role: In this role you will work with a team of legal assistants to provide a wide range of legal administration support services to a team of lawyers. You will provide reception services on a rotating basis as required. Your duties will include but are not limited to; responding to client enquiries including matching clients' needs to appropriate services, email, diary management and bookings, maintaining client database and case management system, and general administrative duties. The maximum term positions available include one part time position at (0.4FTE) equivalent to two (2) days a week up until June 2020 and one full time position up until January 2021. About you: You are a skilled administrator who enjoys the challenges of working within a fast paced and high-pressure environment. You have excellent time management and organisational skills which allow you to manage a range of competing priorities, while maintaining a consistently high level of service to clients and colleagues alike. Along with your administrative experience, you have well developed communication and interpersonal skills which will see you working effectively in this often complex and sensitive environment.
