Job OverviewContent Nau mai, haere mai ki Ūpoko ki te uru hauora.Location: Wellington Regional Hospital, NewtownContract: Permanent, full timeSalary: $120,000 - $150,000ABOUT THE ROLE Establish a new portfolio and project support (P3M) function to provide process leadership and direction to CCDHB in the successful delivery of its project portfolio. This includes:provision of independent advice and assurance to CCDHB's leaders,fostering a culture of professional practice across the CCDHB project delivery community,stewardship of the Project Management Framework (PMF) and supporting tools, anddriving measurable improvement in the portfolio and project performance aspects of the NZ Treasury's Investor Confidence Rating (ICR).DUTIES Own the Project Management Framework (PMF) process.Provide support and advice to programmes and projects.Provide portfolio and programme level analysis and insights to executive-level governance.Provide and facilitate assurance across the project portfolio.Develop CCDHB P3M competence.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Track record of organisational portfolio, programme and project management (P3M).Experience in working across multiple subject area domains - the role spans health, corporate, physical facilities and ICT.Good understanding of project portfolio management in the NZ public sector.Experience in quality assurance of programmes and projects.Ability to work well with a wide range of people at all levels (from strategic to practical hands-on).Expected to have one or more relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2 (Practitioner), Managing Successful Programmes (Practitioner), Management of Portfolios.ABOUT OUR ORGANISATION Capital and Coast DHB (CCDHB) is located centrally in Wellington and has over 6,000 full-time equivalent staff, making us one of the major employers in the Wellington region. CCDHB operates two hospitals - Wellington Regional Hospital in Newtown and Kenepuru Hospital in Porirua - as well as the Kapiti Health Centre at Paraparaumu. The Mental Health, Addiction and Intellectual Disability Service (MHAIDS) spans three DHBs - Wairarapa, Hutt Valley and Capital and Coast DHB's and includes local, regional, and national services. The local MHAIDS services are provided from multiple sites within the 3DHB sub-region - greater Wellington, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa.
