For example, there are 50,000 buses in Istanbul that operate at 9% utilization. We're here to change that. Volt Lines is a subscription-based transportation network with a mission to solve urban mobility problems with technology. Today, we offer a superior value proposition to companies in Istanbul that help improve the lives of thousands of people. At Volt Lines, we are tripling in size over the next 2 months to 10x the business over the next year. One of the key teammates we are searching for is the Sales Manager. Responsibilities: - Identify and prioritize sales deals in specific geographic areas in Istanbul in line with the company's strategy Develop relationships with potential clients, pitch and help them understand Volt Lines' unique value proposition - Drive profitability in your business unit by growing the number of customers in a concentrated geography - Implement hyper-local sales programs by developing field sales action plans. - Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Requirements: - Fluent in English, Native Turkish - Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales to corporate customers in Istanbul - Previous experience and proven track record in sales to HR, Purchasing, and Facility Management is a huge plus. - Networking Skills: Ability to network and find a way into potential clients - Communication skills: Great presentation, speaking, and writing skills are a must - Negotiation skills: Ability to handle objections and navigate sales calls with successful outcomes - Agility Skills: Ability and preference to work in a rapidly changing and less defined business environment
