Content Position Title: Sales Representative, Writing Reports to: Associate Sales Manager Location: Shanghai Job Summary: The Sales Representative’s main responsibility is executing a sustainable route-to-market strategy for Writing category for assigned area, securing standard distribution to different class of retailers, ensuring the best in-store display execution, expanding new store distribution, and also collecting and feedback the situation and competition of Writing category to the company. The key objective for this role is to expand and maintain the network of area distributors, key retail stores with best service, to increase NWL Writing products revenue in the assigned territory. Job Duties: • Follow the WACE route-to-market development strategy for Traditional Trade (stationary stores), Modern Trade (including stationary chains, Hyper Market and CVS) in order to gain high quality distribution, meet the annual sales target and standard margin target in assigned cities/provinces • Build and maintain a good business network with different level distributors & key retail stores via conducting annual business plan, daily operation, business review to ensure the target distribution, coverage and the best in-store execution in terms of pricing/display/assortment and promotion management • Communicate with direct supervisor to set monthly routine plan, connect both retailers and distributors to have smooth cooperation • Work closely with Trade & Marketing functions to have the good NPD & promotion plan • Work closely with Supply Chain functions to have the good forecast plan and service rate Qualifications: • University/College Degree • Strong retail store management experience, knowledge, skill. • Better to have distributor management experience, minimum 2 years’ experience in Stationary/ FMCG industry multinational company Asia Pacific is a rapidly growing market for Newell Brands.
