To support our Commercial Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a service-oriented and flexible person as a: Senior Manager Hospitality Your duties • Being accountable for the successful delivery of truly global and complex hospitality programs throughout the FIFA Event Calendar • Providing end to end Hospitality management across Commercial Affiliates, consumer and B2B programs • Managing cross divisional communication and service level agreements for the implementation of hospitality requirements and services • Creating and implementing operational plans and managing the operational delivery of FIFA’s Hospitality programs • Using expertise to evaluate, implement improvements and enhance the overall high-level customer and hospitality experience • Coordinating all supporting functions and providing efficient support to appointed agencies and external service providers • Ensuring that all hospitality services are delivered to the highest standards • Guaranteeing Hospitality Servicing to FIFA Partners and Hospitality Rights Holders • Supporting the Hospitality department in daily activities and administrative requests Our requirements • Bachelor or Master’s degree, or equivalent • At least five to eight years’ experience in the sports and/or large-scale events as well as project management • Experience with event ticketing • Proven experience in managing large-scale and international events as well as project management • International profile is a must • Strong understanding of architect drawings/blue prints • Highly proficient with all Microsoft Office tools • Fluent English, and written and spoken fluency in at least one other Official FIFA language (French, Spanish, German) • Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Outstanding business acumen • Proven experience in managing a team and agencies • Experience of championing and driving change • Ability to work independently, take initiative and handle responsibilities • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Willingness to travel You can expect a highly motivated and helpful team working in a dynamic multicultural environment.
