Job OverviewContent Fyte, the Digital Headhunting Company, is looking for a Technical Account Manager for one of its clients based on Mexico City. The Technical Account Manager: • Bears ultimate responsibility for the optimization of the service within his or her 'installed base' of clients. He also identifies requirements and potential problems, in the broadest sense of the word, and seeks out the applicable solutions. • Underscores and practices the company objective, which is to improve the profitability of our clients through the use of our products and services. Performance Generators! • Is jointly responsible for the preparatory activities and the activities that are to be carried out on location. The quality, speed and effectivity of the activities are all key, but, above all, they must be carried out in complete accordance with the wishes of the client. To this end, the communications guidelines put in place by the organization must be used. • Is jointly responsible for compiling quotes and carrying out project or installation calculations. In this context he or she can also be called upon to make and defend pre- and post-production calculations. • Is responsible for monitoring and/or executing the Printservice budget within his or her client group. • Offers technical support to the commercial account manager in his contacts and dealings with clients. • Maintains contact with clients in his or her region, whereby, depending on the relevant turnover and importance of the client, a visit frequency of at least once a month is desirable. He is also responsible for the preparation of clear internal and external reports of his or her findings. Your profile • Engineering career or similar. • Technical knowledge in Print Industry (Offset is prefered). • Experience managing on-site support teams. • Experience in Account Management. • Fluent in English
